Dispersers are easy and quick to use. However, when the disperser is used at the same time, the disperser should be maintained to make the disperser last longer. Due to the movement of friction surface lubricant by temperature, pressure and other influences, it is difficult to form a stable film surface on the friction surface, by the influence of high bearing capacity friction surface becomes rough resulting in an increase in the coefficient of friction.

The main lubrication and maintenance measures of the disperser are as follows:

1. Should often inject lubricant into each lubrication part, and should add no less than two lubricants per shift. Press-in lubricant should be pressed into the grease every 20 days, the oil pool is lubrication every three months to replace.

2. After installing the disperser, it should be cleaned, decontaminated and wiped with anti-rust grease first. Check the lubrication points and fill with lubricant.

3. The gears, bearings, balls, shafts and bushings of the rotating part of the disperser and the oil cylinder should be oiled once a week. If overheating or abnormal sound is found during use, it should be checked in time. If the machine stops due to overloading of the thermal relay, it is necessary to press the "reset" button of the thermal relay to continue operation. The AC contactor should be checked every six months and the equipment should be serviced once a year.

4. The operating characteristics of common gears are high contact stress and low speed, and it is difficult to form a fluid lubrication film in the meshing area. The lubrication state of gear surface is mainly boundary lubrication and mixed lubrication. The failure form of gear surface is mainly adhesive wear (glue), fatigue pitting and abrasive wear. To ensure lubrication, adsorption and reaction films are mainly formed on the tooth surface. Adsorption films reduce the coefficient of friction and the friction force. The reaction film prevents gluing. It is normal to keep it between the upper and lower marks of the oil mark, not too low, too low will result in some gears and bearings not being able to come into contact with the oil, which will result in no film of oil and dry friction.
