1. Large vibration of the whole machine

The quality of the motor is defective, the dispersing medium in the mixing cylinder is too little to play a balancing role, and the gravity point of the hydraulic cylinder block is not in the centre of the whole transmission box, resulting in the eccentricity of gravity.

2. Hydraulic lift failure

Can not fall or rise up to the height, hydraulic lift cylinder bending deformation, oil pump pressure is not enough, whether the lack of hydraulic oil, solenoid valve failure, link tank and lift rod connection about whether the impurities are clogged, if it is the reason for the clogging of the oil pipe, the oil tank oil should be exported and filtered again.

3. Mechanical lift failure, can not descend or can not rise

First of all, see whether the link sleeve in the lower support of the lift motor is rotating, judge whether the flat key is off. If the speed reducer rotation set does not turn, that is the speed reducer flat key off the screw for a long time without lubricating oil led to silk mother damage.

4. The mixing shaft does not move or cannot meet the required speed

Look at the flat key between the pulley and the mixing shaft to see if it is off, and the triangle belt should be properly tightened, and remember to put on the cover when tightening the slide plate bolts.

High-speed disperser should be regularly checked to allow wear parts of the parts, once found to have the phenomenon of wear and tear should be replaced immediately. When the equipment is in use, it is best to need an overhaul within a year, every six months need to check the AC contactor.
