Nano sand mill in the production process, due to valve clogging, often need to stop the machine to clean, many operators often do not know how to clean themselves. In fact, the valve clogging of the sand mill is a common failure, and the maintenance method is relatively simple. The general operators have to learn that they can repair the problem themselves when it occurs, so as to avoid delaying the production needs.

1,When the common valve is used to regulate some media which are easy to settle and contain some solid particles, it is often clogged at the throttling port and guide, and gas and steam can be connected to the bottom of the lower bonnet. When the valve is clogged or stuck, opening the external gas or the valve with steam can complete the flushing work without moving the regulating valve and make the valve operate normally.

2,There are some small diameter regulating valves, especially the ultra-fine flow regulating valve. It has a small throttling gap, and there can not be any debris in the medium. If this situation is encountered, a filter should be installed on the pipeline before the valve so that the medium can pass through smoothly. When the positioner is used with a regulating valve, the positioner works abnormally, and the clogging of its airway throttle port is one of the very common failures.

3, If welding slag, rust, slag, etc.Nano sand mill piping in the pipe in the throttle port, guide parts and the lower bonnet balance hole in the clogging or jamming, it is likely to make the spool surface, guide surface strains and scratches serious, and indentation on the sealing surface. Among the common failures, clogging problems often occur in newly commissioned systems and during the commissioning phase of production after overhaul.
