Sand mill is widely used in industrial production, which can finely grind and screen various materials to improve production efficiency. However, sometimes the screen of the sand mill will be blocked by the material, which will affect its normal operation and reduce the working efficiency. In order to prevent this situation, we can take some measures.

First of all, it is very important to reasonably choose the specification and material of the screen mesh. According to the required grinding and screening effect, choose the appropriate screen mesh aperture and mesh shape. At the same time, the material of the screen mesh should also have wear resistance and corrosion resistance to ensure a long service life. The right screen specification and material can effectively avoid screen clogging problems.

Secondly, make sure that the sand mill is fed evenly. Different materials have different fluidity and adhesion, if the feed is not uniform, it is easy to lead to screen clogging. Therefore, if you configure appropriate infusion equipment at the feed opening, you can make the material evenly distributed on the screen, thus reducing the chances of clogging.

It is also very important to clean and maintain the screen mesh on a regular basis. Over time, materials will accumulate on the screen mesh and form clogs. Therefore, we need to clean the screen mesh regularly to remove the impurities and blockages and restore the normal permeability of the screen mesh. At the same time, we should pay attention to the damage of the screen mesh, if it is broken or badly worn, we should replace the screen mesh in time to ensure the normal work of the sand mill.

Finally, reasonable control of the working parameters of the sand mill can also effectively avoid screen clogging. According to the characteristics of the material and processing requirements, adjust the parameters such as the rotating speed, feeding volume and discharging speed of the sand mill, so that it can carry out grinding and screening under appropriate working conditions. Excessively high or low operating parameters may lead to an increased risk of screen clogging and therefore need to be reasonably adjusted and controlled.
