1、Handling: when handling, only allow the tank ear to be stressed, do not allow rolling and pry bar, avoid vibration, collision, is strictly prohibited to take over the pipe clamps, clamps and other vulnerable parts of the force.

2、Hoisting:the rope must be hung on the specified part, not touching with any object, and put it down gently and steadily.

3、Pre-installation inspection: before assembly, the inspector should wear clean soft-soled rubber shoes to enter the container to check the glass-lined layer for any abnormality.

4、Installation of flange: when tightening the flange bolts, they should be tightened gradually in pairs along the diagonal line, and the force should be even, and should not be tightened completely at one time, so as to avoid the rupture of the glass-lined layer due to the uneven force, which will affect the service life.

5, The installation of the card: should first check whether the card is complete, the number is in line with the provisions of the installation to ensure that the distance is equal, loose and tight to ensure safe operation and reliable sealing.

6、Stirrer installation: firstly put the stirrer into kettle (the bottom of the kettle is laid with soft cushion), then hang the kettle cover to the predetermined position, at the same time, set the seal into the stirrer shaft, then connect the stirrer lifting with the output shaft of the speed reducer and lock the anti-loosening device.
