Stainless steel reactors need to be inspected regularly. The regular inspection of the running reactor, including external inspection, internal and external inspection and inspection of three kinds.

First, the main contents of the external inspection are: the external surface of the kettle body has no cracks, deformation, leakage, local overheating and other abnormal phenomena; safety accessories are not complete, sensitive, reliable; fastening bolts are not intact, all tightened; foundation has no sinking, tilting, and anti-corrosion layer damage and other abnormal phenomena. The inspector's work is mainly responsible for the external inspection of stainless steel reactor, but also the operator's inspection tour and daily inspection of a content. Vessel inspectors of the external inspection should be carried out at least once a year.

Second, the main content of the internal and external inspection: kettle internal and external surfaces without corrosion, wear and other phenomena; with the naked eye or magnifying glass on all the welds, head excessive areas and other stress concentration areas to check whether there is no crack, if necessary, you can use ultrasonic or ray detection to check the quality of the weld internal; measurement of the wall thickness, if the measured wall thickness is less than the container's wall thickness, it should be re-metallurgical inspection.

Third, the main contents of the inspection are: in addition to the external inspection and internal and external inspection of the project, but also to carry out pressure resistance test, and according to the characteristics of the reaction kettle to determine the main weld for non-destructive flaw detection of the sampling or all the welds of the inspection. For the pressure is too low, not flammable, no gas, no corrosive media reactor, if not found defective, after a certain use and inspection, you can not do nondestructive testing inspection.

Stainless steel reactor inspection cycle is generally carried out every six years, the air and inert gas medium manufacturing qualified stainless steel reactor, in the first and second internal and external inspection to confirm that there is no corrosive found, then it can be appropriate to extend the inspection cycle.
