3, Lengthened bearing seat: integrated machining process annealed to eliminate welding stress, deep machining formed by the boring machine, to solve the nano-sander bearing bit caused by the spindle jump, affecting the stability and service life of the problem.

4, Large area discharging method: large area tubular centrifugal discharging application, large discharging area, small gap, specializing in small particle size media, can be 0.2mm zirconium beads, to ensure ultra-fine grinding, improve grinding efficiency. At the same time, the discharging net is installed in the center of the rotor installation structure, the centrifugal effect of the high-speed rotor so that the discharging particle size distribution is narrow, and to reduce the impact of the beads on the grid to extend the service life.
