High-speed disperser is widely used in coatings, solids for mixing and dispersing, dissolving equipment, widely used in coatings, inks, pigments, adhesives and so on.

The following is the daily maintenance of high-speed disperser:

1、Triangle belt should be equal in length, put into the transmission box, loosen and tighten appropriately, tighten the bolts of the slide plate, cover the top cover.

2, If the equipment is not used for a long period of time, cut off the power supply, all scrub clean, each lubrication parts of the oil injection, spindle and cylinder oil rust.

3, The oil tank with 46 # hydraulic oil, every six months to replace and clean the oil tank, filter cleaning once a month, in the oil change within two or three days after cleaning.

4, High-speed disperser rotating part of the gears, bearings, balls, shafts and bushings and oil red, oil once a week, found in the process of overheating or abnormal noise should be checked in time.

5, AC contactor check every six months, equipment use a year overhaul.

6, Regular inspection of high-speed disperser wearing parts, such as bearings, oil seals, etc., found to have wear and tear immediately replaced.
