Learn about the safe operating procedures of a disperser

High speed disperser is used for mixing, dissolving and dispersing various liquids. It is an efficient equipment for dissolving and dispersing various liquids with different viscosities and between liquids and solids. It is adapted to the production of coatings, inks and adhesives and other chemical products, the following is the safe operation procedure of high-speed disperser.

Firstly. Preparation before starting:

1. Check if the hydraulic oil level is normal. If the oil level is low, add it to the specified level.

2、Check whether the fasteners are loose and whether the seal is leaking.

3、Turn on the main motor and check whether the mixing direction is the same as the specified direction of the equipment and whether there is any abnormal noise and vibration.

4、After the above checking work is confirmed to be correct, it can be put into formal production.

Second, start the machine

1. Turn on the power switch, start the up-open button, lift the spindle to a height higher than the barrel dispatch, carefully push the barrel to the lower dispersing tray, press the down button, adjust the spindle to the center of the distribution barrel, the dispersing tray should be kept at a distance of not less than 15cm from the bottom of the tube, pad the barrel wheel and fix the static electricity clamp.

2. Start the spindle motor and set the speed-regulated rotary axis to 400-800 rpm to start dispersing.

3. When lifting the spindle up and down to disperse, please be careful not to raise the dispersing plate to the surface of the dispersed material to prevent material splashing and waste.

4、After dispersing colored paints and pastes, press the dispersing stop button to stop the machine and adjust the governor rotation to 0 position.

Third, safety production precautions:

1, prohibit any object other than the cylinder stirring object contact with the rotating shaft, in the high-speed rotation, any solid object may entangle the shaft to cause injury.

2、When adding materials, all kinds of bags should be far away from the running machine shaft to prevent winding accidents.

3、When producing, the operator near the machine should have another person to guard in front of the chassis to prevent the emergency from stopping the machine immediately.
