The main part of the high-speed disperser is the impeller, which is driven by the high-speed rotating dispersing shaft and rotates at high speed. The high-speed rotation of the impeller makes the paint slurry in the mixing tank present a rolling circular flow and produce a big vortex. The pigment particles located on the top surface of the slurry will soon spiral down to the bottom of the vortex. A turbulence zone is formed at the edge of the impeller 2.5-5cm. In this area, the pigment particles are subjected to strong shear and impact effects, so that they are quickly dispersed into the paint slurry. Outside this area, the formation of upper and lower two flow beams, so that the paint slurry is fully circulated and turned, can play a good dispersion effect.

The disperser adopts various specifications such as electromagnetic speed control, frequency conversion speed control and three-speed, stable and powerful operation, suitable for all kinds of viscosity; hydraulic and mechanical two lifting forms, lifting and rotating freely, adapting to a variety of positions; ordinary and explosion-proof configuration, safe and reliable, simple operation and maintenance; strong production continuity, the material can be quickly dispersed and dissolved, dispersing effect is good, high productivity, smooth operation, easy to install. There are different power and models for different material viscosity and processing capacity.

High-speed disperser's working characteristics:

1. Strong centrifugal force throws the materials into the narrow and precise gap between the stator and rotor from the radial direction, and at the same time, they are subjected to centrifugal extrusion, friction of liquid layer, hydraulic impact and other comprehensive forces, and the materials are initially dispersed.

2. The high-speed rotor of the disperser generates a linear velocity of at least 15m/s or more, and the materials are fully dispersed and broken under the strong liquid shear, liquid layer friction, tearing and collision, etc., and at the same time, they are shot out at high speed through the stator slot.

3. The material of disperser is continuously shot out from the radial direction at high speed, and changes the flow direction under the resistance of the material itself and the container wall, meanwhile, under the action of the upper and lower axial suction produced in the rotor area, it forms the upper and lower two strands of strong flipping turbulent flow. The material passes through several cycles and finally completes the dispersing process.
