High-speed disperser is mainly composed of four parts: transmission mechanism, lifting mechanism, stirring container and heating device, stepless speed regulation device, which are explained as follows:
- Transmission mechanism: driven by electric motor, driven to the shaft through the belt wheel, the shaft is coupled with the stirring rod through the coupling to realize the stirring of the coating liquid. The structure of the belt wheel drive is simple, economical to use and easy to disassemble for this product.
- Lifting mechanism: the platform lifting mechanism adopts hydraulic transmission to realize lifting, which is the main feature to distinguish various motor lifting platform. People on the bench shaking the manual pump rocker, drive the movement of the hydraulic cylinder piston, and then use the four check valves to control the oil circuit, the cylinder oil pressure into another lifting hydraulic cylinder, so that the transmission of the worktable can move up and down freely, lifting the height of the range is limited to less than one meter.
3.Stirrer and heating device: The stirring container is a barrel similar to the cylinder through the welding of the steel plate, but the difference is that it has a heating device - direct insertion of electric heating couples. The heat electrode wire has good uniformity, high stability, good sensitivity and low price.
4. stepless speed control device: stepless speed control is relative to the graded speed control, the speed can be adjusted directly in the greater and minimum value at will, not subject to the limitations of the gear, you can adjust the size of the speed at will, can realize the level of regulation of the control device, he can be driven to the equipment it sends a similar regulation signal or play a regulatory role in the device.
