2, Grinding media. 3, Viscosity regulation. The size of the viscosity of the material in the sand mill affects the grinding efficiency, viscosity control with the size of the grinding media and changes in the size of the grinding media, grinding media particles can be larger than some of the viscosity, particles are smaller than some of the viscosity to be small, usually with a solid content rate of control of 20% -30% in order to maintain the viscosity within a certain range.
4, Temperature control. Due to the friction of the media in the grinding process and generate heat, so that the temperature rises, will cause a reduction in viscosity, but also may cause changes in the crystalline form, into the undesired crystalline form, thus affecting the application of the product performance, and therefore all choose a lower grinding temperature.
