1, Feed system: the feed system of the equipment is mainly responsible for feeding the raw materials or grinding media to be ground into the grinding chamber. The feeding system needs to ensure a stable supply and uniform distribution of raw materials to improve the grinding efficiency and guarantee the uniformity of particle dispersion. Common feeding system includes feeding hopper, feeder, conveyor belt and so on.

2, Dispersing system: dispersing system is used to fully mix the grinding media and raw materials, and ensure that the particles are uniformly dispersed. Nanoscale particles often have high surface energy, easy to gather together, so the design of the dispersion system is very critical. The dispersing system usually adopts high shear stirrer, ultrasonic disperser and other equipment to ensure that the particles are evenly dispersed.

3,Discharge system: The discharge system of nano mill is used to discharge the ground particles from the grinding chamber and carry out subsequent processing. The discharge system needs to ensure the smooth discharge of particles, while avoiding secondary aggregation. Usually use discharge valves, filters and other devices to realize the effective discharge of particles.

4, Circulation system: the equipment usually adopts the cycle of grinding, that is, after grinding the particles back to the grinding chamber for secondary grinding. The circulation system needs to guarantee the stability of circulation and uniform dispersion of particles to improve the grinding efficiency and product quality.
