The working principle of grinding mill
A grinder is a grinding machine that grinds the surface of a workpiece with a grinding tool coated or embedded with abrasives. It is mainly used to grind high-precision flat surfaces, internal and external cylindrical surfaces, conical surfaces, spherical surfaces, threaded surfaces and other profile surfaces in workpieces. What are the respective characteristics of different types of sand mills
Reclining disc sand mill has uniform media distribution in the grinding chamber, high grinding efficiency, easy start with load, convenient operation, and can be designed as large or super large. However, the energy density (installed power per unit volume) is low, so the grinding fineness is somewhat restricted. The media distribution of vertical disc sand mill is uneven, the grinding efficiency is low, and the start-up with load is difficult. The advantage is that there is no mechanical seal and the structure is simple.
