Working Principle:

Wanda sand mill is a completely enclosed horizontal wet grinding machine with continuous operation. Its working principle is: the use of the feed pump to pre-mixed materials into the main machine grinding tank, the grinding tank to add an appropriate amount of grinding media, such as zirconia beads. The specially designed dispersion disc or rotor is symmetrically installed on the spindle, which gives the grinding medium high strength kinetic energy when rotating at high speed, and produces the grinding function of shearing, mixing, emulsifying and dispersing with the particles of the dispersed material. Then, the dispersion and the grinding media are separated and discharged by a special separation device.
