Product Introduction

Stainless steel reaction tank has the characteristics of rapid heating, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, hygiene, no environmental pollution, no boiler, automatic heating, easy to use, etc. It is widely used in petroleum, chemical, rubber, pesticide, dyestuff, pharmaceutical and food industries for completing the process of sulfidation, nitration, hydrogenation, alkylation, polymerization, condensation, etc. It is a prerequisite for the adequate mixing of the participating reactants. For heating, cooling and physical changes in the process of liquid extraction and gas absorption are required to use mixing devices to achieve good results. And we can design and process outer or inner rolled reactor tanks for our customers.

Product Composition

Stainless steel reaction tank mainly consists of four parts: inner tank, jacket and insulation, stirring device and insulation seat.

1. The inner tank is made of stainless steel and other materials according to the process needs, with mirror polishing treatment on the inner surface.

2. The jacket is made of stainless steel or carbon steel according to the process needs.

3. Appropriate diameter ratio is designed to customize the stirring device as needed; pressure sanitary mechanical sealing device seals the stirring shaft to keep the tank pressure to prevent leakage and cause unnecessary contamination and material loss in the tank.

4. Holding type adopt hanging ear type or drop foot type according to the operation requirements.
