Product Introduction
The feeding bin is used for airtight storage of powder, which can effectively avoid dust pollution, and the powder storage is safe and free from moisture. It is suitable for powder industries such as pharmaceuticals, food, energy, plastics,mineral and metal powders, new energy, ceramics,and chemicals.
Structural features of feeding bin:
1. The inner surface of the bin is mirror polished, and the powder is discharged smoothly.
2. The arc transition at the corner is easy to clean, and the tapered bottom is designed to discharge quickly.
3. Fixed type, no foundation embedded parts are required for installation (just place the silo on a solid ground), and the bottom plate of the feet is designed to adjust the horizontal and vertical adjustment seats of the tank body.
4. High-pressure cleaning (or built-in movable 360° rotating spray ball cleaning) can be used to keep the tank clean.
5. The sealed structure of the bin body prevents the powder from moisture and prevents dust from floating and polluting.
6. The eccentric oblique outlet (asymmetrical) design makes it easy to connect the powder to the downstream receiving chute on the side of the bin.
7. Equipped with a vibrator to break arches, eliminate blockages, aid flow, and eliminate powder bridging and wall sticking.
8. The normal service life is more than 15 years, economical and environmentally friendly.
